She has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. She graduated Doctor of Engineering in the Graduate School of Science and Engineering of Ehime University, Matsuyama, Japan.
Her research is about the population genetics and the Wolbachia transmission dynamics of dengue vector Aedes aegypti. She is also researching on the tick population genetics and its relationship with Rickketsia infection. |
Regilme's research interests are vector-borne diseases such as dengue and malaria, molecular biology, population genetics and bioinformatics.
